New From Various Chinese Medicine Websites
Posted on April 27, 2009 by Yael
One of the best things about having a blog about Chinese Medicine is being connected to other colleagues. Other people who love Chinese Medicine just as much as I do.
I also get the chance to be updated with new ideas and new resources- it makes me feel rich, and it makes me understand just how much is being done in Chinese Medicine all around.
So this post will be dedicated to those new things I managed to pick up will surfing the Internet.
Insights For Acupuncture: Lisa Hanfileti is busy, busy, busy! After giving us live webinars and a wonderful e-Book, she brings us a new blog, packed with information about marketing your clinic.
Pro-D Seminars: so many seminars to choose from! The great idea of studying at home, at your own time and comfort, just you and your computer… what a brilliant idea.
Be sure to visit Pro-D Seminars if you are interested to be virtually educated- a wonderful option to see great names in Chinese Medicine such as Peter Deadman, Jane Lyttltone, Debra Betts and more.
TCM Directory: excellent resources for practitioners who are looking for links, products and even acupuncture merchandise! I will be writing about TCM Directory more in a future post, make sure you don’t miss it.
Dr. Tan’s Home Page: have you heard about Richard Tan’s acupuncture technique? With outstanding results, practitioners in Israel find it useful, especially those who have a practice that is based on Community Acupuncture.
Community Acupuncture: great option for practitioners to use their skills, see many patients and help their community. You can find a lot of information about this type of clinic, I chose to bring the story of Chad over at Yin Yang House, mainly because I’ve been reading this website for years, and now with the new look, it is time to give it a link here on CMNotes.
Michael Tierra’s Blog: even in little ol’ Israel, most practitioners know who Michael Tierra is, so I guess it’s only fair to assume that you all know about him too. Herbs, herbs, herbs- western and Chinese and more.
Acupuncturists Without Borders: these guys do such a sacred job, I simply can’t praise them enough. If you wish to join them, click above to find out more about their training programs.
Enjoy!

Hi Yael,
Thanks for the kind words about my Insights-For-Acupuncturists blog. After two years of writing a website I thought I needed to learn something a little different. You have created an incredible blog and I hope to one day be as good as you!
Peace,
Lisa Hanfileti, LAc
P.S. Be sure to watch the video on my blog on “Community Qi”… so far it has been extremely popular, which tells me, acupuncture students and practitioners need to take time to LAUGH!
: )
Lisa,
Thank you so much!
I think you have a great blog as well, and I’m sure you feel “the love”!
Thanks and take care,
Yael
Love Yin Yang House, I think they are a great community site also. Nice compilation Yael.
Thanks CMTools, I should add your website to my links page.
And yes, Yin Yang House have been around forever, or at least so it seems. I like them a lot.
