The Products of Kamedis

Skin conditions are very common problems for people all over the world.
Atopic dermatitis, for example, is common in adults and in babies, and is a very itching thing to handle.
Psoriasis sends many people to the beautiful Dead Sea a number of times a year, and is a very misunderstood skin condition- as you can read about it in the link above.
Many people decide to treat these conditions, and a number of other conditions, with Chinese Medicine, most of them as a last resort, after years of applying steroids ointments and what not, but with very little help in the long run.

Chinese Medicine and skin conditions
Although Chinese Medicine sometimes works like magic, there are no magic tricks with skin conditions.
As with everything, one should look at the individual patient to understand why that certain skin condition is occurring to this specific person.

As I already stated in a previous post- I am not a herbs woman, but I do appreciate their healing powers.
I think that treating skin conditions is one of the few conditions that Chinese herbs have a stronger and better effect than acupuncture.
But there’s no doubt in my mind that combining both, plus using products for external use, that are especially made for the certain type of skin condition the patient suffers from, will bring maximum results.
Today I want to focus on one brand of products- Kamedis products.

Kamedis products
Kamedis has been around for a few number of years, but the people behind the company are well trained, well educated Chinese Medicine practitioners who specialize in skin conditions, and are working for many years in their field.
The products are a result of on-going research and there are 4 different lines:
TopicMedis- for all kinds of atopic dermatitis, eczema and so on.
SeboMedis- for all kinds of seborrhea conditions.
PsoMedis- for Psoriasis.
AcMedis- for oily skin and acne conditions.

All products are based on Chinese herbs, as you can read on their website, which gives these product lines an edge that other products in the market don’t have- the Chinese Medicine wisdom.

Do these products work?
I personally tried different products from the TopicMedis line and was extremely happy with the results.
But, as I remember that my condition is very very light, I asked my dear husband to try it, as he has a more severe condition of atopic dermatitis than I do. He reports that the products are very good and he’s very happy with the results.

…there’s always a “but”
In this case- these products are very good but they can’t work alone. Meaning- it’s not enough to just use them and go on with your life as always.
In order to fight the skin condition, the patient must realize that he’ll need to make changes in his lifestyle- avoid certain types of foods, exercise, quit smoking, use the Kamedis products and getting regular Chinese Medicine treatments with Chinese herbs and acupuncture.

Why am I writing this?
No, I’m not getting paid for this and no, I did not invest in this company.
I do know one of the people behind the company and I know and saw how much hard work, time and soul he has put into research and development of these products. I also saw how he invests all the knowledge he gained over the years into these products and how he keeps perfecting them all the time.
As I tried some of them myself, I think that they are simply very good products. I honestly believe in these products and think they are work very well.

Since these products were created by Chinese Medicine practitioners and are based on Chinese herbs, I thought it would be a useful post to have here on CMNotes.
I hope that you will read about it, try some products yourselves and hopefully, they will become another tool that you can offer patients who needs them.
